Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service(responding to orders & Inquiries); Warehouse Inventory.
- Process paperwork & resolve client issues.
- Pull parts according to Order Invoices and get them ready for shipment.
- Manage Warehouse personnel for staying on target and goals
Skills & Experience:
- Warehouse Customer Service, Shipping & Receiving background, Training Warehouse Associates, Managing critical orders and needs.
- Minimum of 2-3 years as a Warehouse Lead managing orders, personnel and shipments
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL software and Warehouse Management Systems
Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
Equipment Used:
- Forklift, Pallet Jack
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
