If you answered yes to all of the above, you would be perfect for our Warehouse Manager role in our Evansville Cold Storage Division. Evansville Cold Storage provides third-party warehousing in our freezer, refrigerated, and dry goods storage areas for customers big and small.

As our Warehouse Manager, you would be leading our tight-knit team of warehouse associates to success in shipping and receiving our customer's products. This involves working within our inventory system to prepare, receive, and monitor customers' freight, building a solid rapport with customers and vendors through phone, email, and in-person conversations, making sure safety in the warehouse is a priority, and effectively communicating with your team and our CEO, while delegating our days and weeks' tasks, and strategically planning out each week's inbound and outbound freight.

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors Degree if preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in warehouse distribution experience and forklift certification are preferred.
- Strong computer and phone skills- we can teach you industry-specific programs, but all of our inventory and billing input is in web-based programs.
- Strong Excel skills
- Eager to learn and grow. Our company is growing and what it looks like today, may not be what it is 6 months down the road. We want someone with flexibility and willingness to grow with the company.
- Excellent communication skills. You will be the face of the warehouse to our customers and the carriers who deliver products. We want someone that can be friendly and professional with all, from truck drivers to the CEO.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM. There is the occasional overtime, but not a requirement every week. Our company values work-life balance, and we want you to be able to enjoy your family time.
