Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Job Type: Full Time

Description:

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations in two different locations, while HQ being Miami, FL. You’ll be reporting to the SCM Manager and will oversee all goods in and out of the warehouses while ensuring groundwork operations are running efficiently, and inventory is stored and managed effectively.

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of all inventory.
• Ensure efficient utilization of space and layout to minimize loading times
• Supervise and direct warehouse employees to make sure the warehouse team is adequately staffed, motivated, and trained
• Maintain standards of health, safety, and security in the warehouse, including communicating and enforcing company safety policies and safe work habits

Requirements And Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree from a four years college or university or equivalent combination of education and experiences
• Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse management experience required.
• Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management
• Forklift certification and/or ability to successfully complete forklift training and operate machinery safely according to company protocol

Preferred

• Previous Manager and/or Supervisory experience
• Familiarity with ERP is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
