Salary Range: $22.40 - $24.15

As an Order picker, you are ensuring that our customers product orders are stacked and shipped as they have requested. In this role you will ensure that the NewCold Safety program is followed.

What you will be doing:

· While using a forklift you will be pulling up customer pick orders on the WMS system and pulling product from several pallets to hand stack and create the mixed pallet that the customer order reflects.

· Ensure that items that are stacked and shipping matches the customer request.

· Be able to manage from order request to put away of palleted products to and from the cold storage.

· You will be working in the -5 degrees F pick floor with other pick floor team mates.

· Learning knowledge of products and ability to adhere to ppmh and kpi’s.

What you will bring to the table:

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· At least 1 year of experience driving a forklift - preferred

· Ability to navigate WMS computer program

· Ability to work multiple shifts from 8-12 hours, sometimes standing for several hours at a time.

· Cold Storage experience is a plus
