We are seeking a Returns Warehouse Supervisor - Days for our Bluestem Orchard Brands Fulfillment Center located in Eatonton, GA.

This Role will support the efforts of the Returns and Quality team. Ideal candidates should have Warehouse, Distribution or Logistics Leadership experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads the Returns Team to achieve daily Returns Goals, monitor Production targets and address process exceptions and failures. Reassigns Associates as needed to meet changing Production demands.
• Coaches, engages and leads a Team of Associates focusing daily on personal Production performance, Team performance and meeting set goals and outcomes.
• Works directly with Associates to identify performance opportunities and coach successes. Addresses performance issues in a fair and timely manner using Coaching as a tool for growth.
• Solicits feedback from the Team on potential Process Improvements and communicates with Leadership on what potential changes are needed to ensure the reduction or elimination of process exceptions and failures.
• Monitors progress to goals and delegates when necessary to ensure that work assignments are completed on time. Doing so results in meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) to ensure internal and external Customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Serves as a positive Role Model promoting pride and ownership in all aspects of the workplace (respect, dignity, safety, cleanliness, Production, etx.)

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution AND at least 2 years of Supervisory/Leadership experience in a Production or Fulfillment environment.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced Distribution or Production environment with the demonstrated ability to lead others and personally meet and exceed set Productivity targets.

• Exhibits high level, effective decision making skills when faced with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to act with a high level of professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness. Has the proven ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy when coaching and leading individuals and Teams.
• Previous experience effectively managing multiple priorities/projects, with experience operating independently and under minimal supervision.
