LEAD ASSEMBLERS
Day and Night Shift - $23/28 (depending on experience)
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities, as assigned by the Department Manager, will include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 50% of the job is Direct Hands on Production output is expected the other 50% of the time. This is a working Lead position.
Previous Experience Required.
