- Leads warehouse tasks and projects
- Ability to set-up and delegate tasks and projects to employees
- Capable of setting up and operating small machines
- Leads training of employees
- Monitors employee productivity levels
- Performs line and/or table assembly and packing
- Ensure that the team complies with all shop rules

Requirements:Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED.
Required Competencies:
- Experience supervising multiple employees and providing strong leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate basic math skills
- Learn/understand units of measure, fractions, decimals, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective project management skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Lift 35 pounds (female) and 70 pounds (male) as needed
