Location: Odessa TX 79765
Shift: 7:00AM TO 6:00PM; OT REQUIRED ON WEEKLY BASIS
EDUCATION REQUIRED - HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED

JOB ROLE
Receive, identify, store, distribute, inventory, pick, pack, and ship materials, supplies, components and equipment in the most efficient manner.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Ability and attitude to work as a Team.
- Good Organization & Time management
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage.
- Entry level Excel skills is a must.
- Must have Organization & Documentation skills
- Must be Dependable and reliable. Tardiness and excessive absence will not be tolerated.
- Ability to lift or move 50 pounds
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system- Glovia / Oracle / SAP experience is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.
- Operate adequate merchandise management tools. Example: Forklifts, stock pickers, & reach trucks.
- Welcome visitors, customers, & delivery trucks alike.
- Respect and take orders from Team Lead and/or senior authority.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedure
- Assist with organizing warehouse space to be more efficient.
- Maintain computer and manual filing system
- Enforce inventory controls put in place
- Complete cycle count daily to the best of his / her ability.
- Accommodate and carefully handle fragile & elastomer accordingly.
- Enter data in inventory and logistics software program
- Abide by the SPOT ON Inventory Accuracy Golden Rule - "Whatever you do Electronically, make sure you do it Physically, & Whatever you do Physically, make sure you do it Electronically"
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately and accurately.
1. Examine material for accuracy
2. Inspect Products for damages
- Prepare orders in a multi-step process:
1. Pull material per pick ticket
2. Verify order accuracy (part number, location, quantity, serial #, lot #, batch id, expiration, etc.)
3. Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
4. Confirm pick ticket and generate packing slip
5. Place orders in will call area neatly and/or prepare shipping paperwork.
6. Place pack list in assigned area
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures
