Warehouse Worker – Warp Knit Textile Manufacturing
The Apex Mills Family of Companies - Keeping Textile Jobs in America since 1943
We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join us in our Textile Mill in Graham. The environment is fast-paced, and you ll be working with a team of dedicated knitting professionals to help you take your textile career to the next level! We will train!
As a Class 2 Warehouse Worker you will:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Enter fabric roll information into the company operating system.
  • Perform quality inspection on greige rolls before packaging
  • Calculate net weight from gross weight.
  • Lift, label, wrap package, and inventory fabric rolls
  • Follow and execute shipping instructions.
  • Prepare and palletize rolls for shipping.
  • Load and unload trucks without damaging shipments.
  • Assist in maintaining housekeeping.

To perform this job successfully, you will need to be able to:

  • Ability to handle LP gas tanks (certified.)
  • Ability to operate a forklift (certified.)
  • Lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Able to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to do basic math, read, and legible handwriting.
  • Be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Work well independently and with co-workers.
  • Punctuality and good attendance required.
  • Pass pre-employment substance screening and background check.
