Job description
New employees will be instructed on the proper procedures:
- Preparation of egg harvest set-up and collection process
- Proper setup and placement of grow jars and pans into incubation rooms
- Proper mix of laying media
- Proper date coding of jars and pans in incubation room
- Daily washing of jars and pans
- Proper procedures on harvesting
- Daily cleaning of entire department
Schedules are all fixed day shifts with the same 2 consecutive days of in a row, with 2 paid breaks each day.
Sunday: OFF
Monday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Tuesday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Wednesday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Thursday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Friday: 7:30a-4:30p with 1 hour lunch
Saturday: OFF
