MMA offers a variety of technology solutions to help our clients mitigate and manage risk. The Mid-Level Web Developer role will be responsible for building and maintaining feature-rich web interfaces using EmberJS. Each developer on our team participates in team-wide code reviews as well as collaborating one-on-one during working sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain feature-rich web interfaces

· Design and test user interfaces to optimize experiences.

· Isolate and repair any accessibility issues in our web applications.

· Enhance suboptimal user experiences in our web applications.

· Optimize interfaces in our web applications in conjunction with automated scans.

· Analyze the behavior of our web applications to find and fix bugs.

· Receive graphical mockups from a designer and turn them into working interfaces.

· Collaborate with other developers during working sessions, and when seeking code review.

· Design and test user experiences.

· Enhance the security environment of our web interfaces.

· Partner with other departments to achieve optimum product design and rollout.

Professional Requirements:

· 1 year experience

· Relevant education or equivalent experience

Qualifications:

· EmberJS

· Automated testing of web interfaces

· Accessibility of web interfaces

· Design skills

· Facilitating user testing

· Experience tracking security issues on WhiteHat

· Written communication skills, especially technical writing or documentation
