Issuetrak Weekend Dispatcher/Development Equipment Coordinator
This is a full-time position with benefits that will be performed three days remotely and two days in an office setting in the Birmingham, Alabama area.
- Hourly range of $18 - $24 an hour based on experience.
Job Description:
The Issuetrak Weekend Dispatcher/Development Equipment Coordinator works with a department of 20+ Facility and POS/IT Technicians. Using Issuetrak, software designed to assign, escalate, and update issues as they move towards resolution, the Issuetrak Weekend Dispatcher dispatches techs, monitors, and manages the process on Fridays from 5 pm - 10 pm, Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 10 pm. This position requires entering data, prioritizing important tasks for the Techs, and keeping the Issuetrak software updated and current for our team and customers alike.
Additionally, this position is responsible for working with our Development and Construction Teams ordering equipment for construction projects and working with our vendors, Construction Managers, and contractors on any warranty-related items or repairs for all development projects. This part of the role will require two days a week in the office from 8 am - 5pm.
Ideal applicants will have 3-5 years of experience in a customer service position and will demonstrate the following skills:
