We have an exciting opportunity for a Windows Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· As part of a remote, collaborative team, support Service Now Windows System Administrator tickets and associated projects.

· This position will handle a variety of responsibilities including configuring, monitoring and maintaining Windows operating systems.

Required Experience/Skills:

· 3-5 years' experience of work experience as a Windows Administrator

· Hardware experience must include, Dell, HP and UCS hardware.

· Must have proven experience with Windows server 12, 16, 19.

· Troubleshoot issues and resolve within SLA window.

· Lead troubleshooting initiatives with large group of people.

· Proactively engage customers to address their ticket.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ensure that Windows servers operate at optimum levels.

· Candidate must be outgoing, self-motivated, take charge, team player.

Other Requirements:

· On-call and after-hours support is a requirement of this position.

· Candidates must be US Citizens

· Candidates must have resided in the United States for the past 5 years

· Candidates must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined total of 6 months or greater in the past 5 years

· This position requires successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and a credit check.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
