New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Banking Wire Operations Specialist to join our team based out of our Foundry Street office in Concord, NH. The successful applicant will have exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a fast paced working environment, as they work closely with our internal team and third party vendors to ensure our digital banking platform is operating at peak performance.

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of high impact, critical and deadline driven wire transfers and ACH origination processing functions for all subsidiary companies
• Conducts accurate review of wire documentation and ACH file requests
• Uses logical reasoning to identify discrepancies or suspicious activity trends

• Two to four years of related banking or financial transaction experience
• Preferred knowledge of secure system software and protocols
• Detail orientated with a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while following established policy and procedures
• Strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong personal computer skills
