Job description
The WK Bossier Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic Facility Manager to coordinate the efforts of the Wellness Center ensure a smooth and efficiently run center under the direction of the Fitness & Wellness Director. The facility manager will supervise front desk, nursery, housekeeping, and wellness staff to maintain a smoothly running and efficient department.
Responsibilities:
Works closely with Director, Fitness Coordinator, Business Manager, and System Aerobics Leader in planning and evaluating Wellness Staff and inventory.
Assists with the maintenance of staff records and payroll.
Makes regular inspections of the building for cleanliness and makes recommendations to the custodial staff regarding cleaning duties and schedules.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Exercise Science Degree or Degree in Related Field or two or more years in a wellness facility in a supervisory role.
2. Must hold current BCLS certification.
