Workday Integration Consultant

Work You’ll Do:

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll bring together products and capabilities into one integrated offering to deliver Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that help our healthcare clients achieve better business performance. You’ll be a vital member of a team that is passionate about improving healthcare and focused on enhancing patient care. You will solve complex business problems integrating the Workday Cloud application with external applications from a variety of Financial, Supply Chain and Human Capital Management functional areas. About You:

• 2-4+ years’ experience supporting implementation lifecycle processes, including system design, integrations, security, data integrity and project reviews
• 2+ years’ experience as Integration Developer or consultant in integration development for Oracle, Infor, SAP or similar applications
• Integrate data from point-to-point systems as well as interchange services to effectively provide data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base to include Studio, EIB and 3rd party vendor coding
• Collaborate with and maintain open communications with project leadership, Impact Advisors’ senior management and client personnel
• Workday accreditation (certification) in Workday Integrations and Studio (strongly desired)
• Earned a Bachelor’s degree
• Able to travel nationally 50% of the time
