Job description
- Conducting client interviews to identify activities performed and associated workload drivers
- Contribute to the design/development of data collection plan for sub organizations
- Execute data collection plans
- Contribute to deliverable story boarding sessions
- Actively contribute to the analysis of data collected
- Apply the results of his work to the provide deliverable content
- Maintaining open communications with project leadership
- Escalate emerging or potential issues as soon as the team member becomes aware
- Contribute to team brainstorming and solution design sessions
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years' experience supporting relevant workforce management work
- Forecasting and/or Modeling exp
