We are looking for a talented and passionate worship leader who has and has strong vocals to assist in leading worship at our Ankeny Campus. They must have a magnetic personality that gets people excited to participate in worship, strong communication skills, and a passion to reach our community.

• Must have a growing relationship with Christ that is evident in all areas of your life
• Works with our Worship Director and Campus Pastor to assure worship experience is effective
• Strives for excellence in all aspects of Radiant Worship
• Have a positive and joyful “can-do” attitude
• Responsible for many aspects of the Campus Worship Ministry
• Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate and communicate with people at all levels
• Be self-motivated and reliable
• Builds teams, recruits volunteers, and equips volunteers to succeed
• Lead band practices by providing opportunities for gifted artists to utilize their talent
• Updates Planning Center Online and ProPresenter with necessary scheduling, service order, and music
• Updates & prepares stage areas and Worship Center for weekend experience
• Assists with setup and maintenance of Tech equipment for weekend
• Able to utilize loops and tracks from an iPad

The position is part-time 5-6 hours/week. A full job description is available upon request. This position will help minister to the spiritual needs of the Radiant community, and they are expected to positively contribute to the team spirit.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Ankeny, IA 50023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
