BayCare HomeCare is in search of a Wound Care Home Health RN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
- Additionally serves as a role model in the management, leadership, and delivery of quality wound care nursing.
- Integrates the role of clinician, teacher, consultant, and coordinator within specialty. Is responsible for professional accountability and development.
- Works in collaboration and is responsible for the delivery of patient care to wound patients. Receives and coordinates service requests.
- Good working knowledge of current wound care medications, techniques and equipment. Knowledge of JC requirements for wound care providers.
- Telemonitor Program WOCN: Able to successfully conduct virtual telemonitor visits with the outcome of providing appropriate consultative documentation for physicians and TMS.

Qualifications:
Certifications and Licensures:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Driver's License State of Florida
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Wound-ostomy certification
- Enterostomy
- Bachelor's prepared RN with current wound certification eligible if wound and ostomy education and national certification (WOCNCB) obtained within specified time frame as agreed to upon hire will be accepted
- Associate's Nursing
- Preferred Bachelor's Nursing or Master's Nursing
- Required 2 years Nursing
- Preferred 2 years Management
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position
- Critical thinking skills
- Computer skills appropriate to position
