Job description
Are you energetic and responsible with a positive attitude? If so, we have a great opportunity for you on our Kids Zone Team. Kids Zone Representatives supervise children of members while they are in the facility working out and taking classes. This individual needs to be nurturing, creative and enjoy working with children 6 weeks through 11 years old. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in positive behavior management and have the ability to create and maintain a fun, active and safe environment while delivering excellent service to families, guests and program participants.
Must be able to work weekends and AM and PM hours - 8:00 am - 11:00 am / 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Responsibilities include:
- Holding and comforting infants and children
- Changing Diapers
- Bottle feeding infants
- Playing, reading and singing with the children
- Interacting with children with activities such as games, exercise, dancing, singing, reading and arts & crafts
- Maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Experience working with children 6 weeks up to 12 years old
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude/team player
- Reliable, with a flexible schedule
- CPR, first aid, AED training required within first 30 days of employment
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish)
