We are Apex Leadership, and we are seeking the BEST individuals to help us serve elementary and middle schools with the absolute BEST and most respected, and FUN leadership and fitness program that helps great schools raise money!

Schools and PTA Organizations hire us to come on their campus for two-week programs to energize and mentor their students, while raising money for their school! We deliver brief and powerful classroom leadership lessons as well as coordinate fitness and FUN events! All, while helping schools raise much needed money for so many on campus programs! We are the TOP ranked program within this industry! Our program is all about youth leadership, fitness, fun and helping students and schools! Our program is different from all others and is truly one of kind!

TEAM MEMBER- Overview

We are seeking energetic young adults that want to make a difference in the lives of our youth! A passion, desire, and excitement interacting and working with kids is a must!

As an Apex Team Member, you will be on campus at local elementary and middle schools for 2-week program periods to inspire kids. You will be at a new school every two weeks for the entire school year. (September 2022 – June 2023) You will be active in physical activities such as interacting with students at recess, delivering brief but powerful classroom leadership lessons, facilitating a high energy fitness activity such as a Fun Run or Fitness/Move Event.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present brief classroom leadership lessons while inspiring students.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate a fun fitness school event for students.
• Play, mentor, coordinate games, and have fun with students during recess and other times on campus.
• Interact with teachers, staff, and PTA organizations while on campus.
• Bring the FUN to school during our program!

MUST-HAVES:

• Strong character, integrity, and work ethic!
• Energy, energy, energy! Energetic and an outgoing fun personality!
• Athletic and physical ability to actively participate at recess and Fun Run and Fitness Move events with students.
• Reliable, dependable, organized and ability to quickly improvise on the fly.
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel within the greater Puget Sound area to serve schools. (Typically, within a 40-mile radius)
• A clean background-check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior experience working with kids, youth.

· Prior experience mentoring, coaching, sports, acting, teaching, camp counselor or youth activities.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

· Young adult (late teens/ 20’s) that is VERY energetic with a VERY positive personality!

· Physically fit young adults that can keep up with kids!

· Big and Fun personality that others want to connect with!

· Someone who may have a desire to grow and move into a leadership position within our organization.

DETAILS:

• This opportunity is serving schools in South King County, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap Counties.
• The job aligns with elementary school schedules and hours typically 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. There are no evenings, weekends, holidays, and summers are off. Think school schedules.
• You are paid weekly, when serving schools.
• Opportunity to grow in role responsibility as well as compensation incentives.
• Compensation based on experience: $700.00 - $800.00 per week.
• Additional program compensation options also available.
