Youth Leader- Childcare – Afterschool

We have positions all accross the metroplex in Dallas, Carrollton, Irving, Frisco, Farmers Branch, Coppell, Anna, Waxahachie, Midlothian.

If you are hired before September 1st you can get $500-$1500 dollar bonuses if all guidelines are met.

Hours: Monday through Friday (5 days) 2:30-6:30PM --- No weekends!

Starting Pay $14-16/hr based on experience and education + PERKS! We are hiring for a dynamic Youth Leaders for our Afterschool programs. In this position, you will build relationships with parents, and students and your community as you engage kids leading daily activities, keep them safe, and contribute to a high-quality Afterschool program.

• 21+ years old with associates degree or some select college hours
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• 16-17 years old if completed or enrolled in Professional Education Courses

Job Type: Part-time

In this position you will connect, supervise, engage and lead students through activities in our Afterschool programs at local elementary schools while being part of a dynamic YMCA Childcare Division for the Dallas Metro Y! Optional continued Summer Employment too!
