Soccer Shots DMV: Soccer Shots DMV was established in DC/MD/VA over ten years ago. Soccer Shots DMV stretch across sixteen counties from Harford Co, MD to Prince William Co, VA and our offices are in Laurel, MD. Soccer Shots DMV works closely with Soccer Shots Franchising National Headquarters in Middletown, PA. and we offer programs at nearly 500 locations, serving over 30,000 participants, and employing approximately 100 part-time coaches and 15+ full-time employees.

Recruiting Manager reports to: Director of Recruiting and Training

Overview: The Recruiting & Networking Coordinator plays a strategic role in filling vacancies across the organization to support Soccer Shots operations throughout DC, MD & VA. In this role, you will be leading the organization’s recruiting and networking efforts. You will be responsible for partnering with and supporting Program Directors during the recruiting and screening stage for coaches and interns, as well as other full time positions. We’re looking for a motivated individual who can source talent locally and strategically, and is thoroughly passionate about our mission. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying additional opportunities in the communities that we serve to partner with local businesses and organizations to increase brand awareness.

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience
Recruiting

• Implement the company’s high standard for coaching, and recruit a team of high performing coaches
• Manage and develop an effective marketing and recruiting strategies that will generate leads and identify great coaches.
• Responsible for overseeing the efficient of on-boarding of newly hired coaches
• Coordinate with Coaching Department on staffing needs and organize recruiting events
• Work with Recruiting Coordinators on the full cycle recruitment
• Responsible for ensuring that all recruitment systems are timely and accurately updated
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships through out DC/MD/VA

Coaching

• Coach 10 sessions per week depending on business needs
• Ensure master coaching schedule is updated with candidate observations
• Running program demos as needed

Staff Leadership

• Management/supervision of Recruiting Coordinators, and/or Interns
• Coach/Mentor Recruiting Coordinators to ensure the recruitment and on-boarding experience is to the Soccer Shots standards
• Improve NPS scores through proper recruitment of coaches
• Meet weekly with Training and coaching teams for recruitment updates
• Develop and Manage weekly reports that keep the team accountable for hitting key metrics
• Ensure that Soccer Shots core values are at the center of the recruitment process
• Partner with Training team and Human Resources to ensure successful on-boarding of new team members

Administration:

• Update the calendar with interviews and on-field observations as scheduled
• Ensure the pipeline document is updated in real time
• Ensure coaches have all required paperwork prior to level 1 certification.
• Complete reports in a timely manner

Required education/experience:

• College degree required in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources, business, communications, marketing, or a similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Role/Classification/Schedule/Location: This position is a full-time, Exempt position requiring 40-50 hours of work per week. Typical/expected working hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm. On occasion, it may be necessary to work additional hours, including some weekday evenings and some Saturdays to meet deadlines and to exceed goals. This position will work out of the Laurel, MD office, unless otherwise approved.

Evaluation and Review:

• Soccer Shots will perform an initial review after 60 days
