• Develop estimates for work
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
• Document gathered software requirements and review the list of requirements with customer for sign-off.
• Design and document sound functional and technical solutions, including process flows in Lucidchart and technical customizations, based on customer requirements. Work with the customer to get sign-off.
• Configure and test Zuora Billing, Zuora Finance, Zuora Reporting and Zuora Market place apps to meet the approved designs.
• Configure and test Zuora CPQ (Zuora Quotes and Zuora 360) to meet the approved Customer Acquisition flow designs
• Develop/Customize the Plug-ins in Zuora Quotes to meet the Technical Requirements
• Provide Consulting support on Zuora APIs for Web-Selfcare integration
• Provide Consulting support on Migration of Data from customer's existing platform to Zuora
• Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with development team and customer
• Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to customer
• Support the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical questions
• Stay current on new Zuora features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Create and maintain documentation on processes and application configuration
• Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements
• Address scope creep through change order management in a proactive manner
• Work closely with Solution Delivery Manager and other team members and is responsible for managing the end-to-end solution design.

Salary: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
