Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative and Book Fixer / Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while also working on the books to fix and clean them.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Work on the books, clean, and fix them.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
