We are seeking professional and reliable, part time and full time drivers with delivery experience to join our team. Must have availability to work evening shifts and on weekends. Our full time positions include benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance. Fresh Mint is a licensed cannabis delivery service based in the East Bay Area.

You will have to utilize your own vehicle which you will be reimbursed .58 cent/mile PLUS $18 an hour. Make up to $1,100 weekly! There is also potential to receive tips, discounts on inventory, and samples of new products.

Our ideal candidate is a friendly, customer service focused, reliable, and detail oriented driver who will be responsible for handling and delivering scheduled orders. We will provide all other necessary tools and training needed to be successful in this position, with room for growth and opportunity within our company.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT

• 21+ years old
• Must have own registered vehicle
• Must have insurance
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Clean background check and DMV driving record
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Must be punctual, self-motivated, and employ effective time-management skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and written with clients, coworkers and supervisors in primary language used in workplace. Ability to read and write orders.
• Must be able to continuously sit, stand walk, climb, bend, carry, lift, stoop, and handle products orders
• Have a smartphone and know how to use GPS
• Basic mathematical skills required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive on time at store locations to pick-up deliveries to be delivered to customers
• Make deliveries to patient locations around the Bay Area.
• Handle products with extreme care
• Identify and determine the best route to reach delivery locations in a safe and timely manner in addition to adhering to the state of California Driving laws
• Provide excellent car-to-door customer experience
• Responsible for collecting accurate payments
• Responsible for submitting payments and products at the end of each shift
• Confirm order accuracy with patient and verify order is consistent with invoice
