Our instructors are skilled technicians like you, no teaching experience is necessary; your expertise along with our onboarding training prepares you to teach in the classroom. What You'll Do
- Demonstrate hands-on painting, airbrushing, auto body, and collision repair expertise in our fully equipped facility
- Teach Auto Body and Collision Repair using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
- Develop and encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
- Support and communicate progress with students
- Prepare students for a career in Auto Body and Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology
What You'll Need
- Good understanding of Collision tools, equipment, and safety
- 3+ years of AutoBody and Collision experience
- I-CAR or equivalent industry-related training
- High school diploma or GED
