We’re looking for Customer Service Executives who love working with people, have a positive attitude, a desireto learn and grow and are excellent communicators via live chat.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate knowledge of all products to customers to support customers to choose the most suitable product and order products;
• Provide high-level customer service and responded to service inquires, follow up on customer interactions;
• Co-ordinate with other function e.g (Operation, Finance, Product,) … to solve the on-going issues;
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process as well as company products and service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in retails, E-Commerce, and social media is a plus (Facebook/ Twitter / Instagram and other platforms)
• Able to work in a fast paced environment on both live chat and phone
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong customer satisfaction focus skills
• Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus
• Hardworking & detail-oriented
• Young, dynamic, creative mindset, detail-oriented, always be curious, always learning
• Located around the area of Riverside, CA
