Customer Success Representative
We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to add to our growing company.

About The Role
We have a small yet powerful team of talented individuals. Our environment is fast-paced and FUN! We all work closely (although remote) together to get the job done. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a POSITIVE attitude! We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and motivated to learn the ins and outs of our software. Any additional real estate knowledge is a huge plus!
We will provide comprehensive training for our application, and you will be supported by our entire team!
We have 4 shifts that cover all 7 days of the week. Each shift is 8 hrs with a 1 hr lunch break. Your shift will be determined upon hiring, and availability to work any shift is a plus!
- 6am - 3pm PST
- 7am - 4pm PST
- 8am - 5pm PST
- 9am - 6pm PST

About You
This entry-level Customer Service Representative position is remote with the option to work in-person at our office located in Orange County, CA (Lake Forest to be exact). Our customer support is provided through 3 channels: phone, email, and live chat. The goal of our Customer Service team is to provide exceptional support to our client database by answering all their questions regarding our software/application including but not limited to:
- Product Training
- Billing
- Cancellation inquiries
- General tips and tricks
- Most importantly, provide support with a SMILE!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Individuals must possess proper phone etiquette and writing skills
- Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience to new and existing clients
- Responsible for high volume inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and live chat
- Answers all customer questions including, but not limited to, billing inquiries, software capabilities, and end-user support
- Follow up on all customer concerns in an effort to resolve each individual situation
- Communicate with Customer Service Supervisors daily to keep abreast of any customer issues
- Records issues and documents resolutions accordingly within the company’s CRM
- You will not be advising clients on Real Estate investment techniques; however, a general understanding of Real Estate terminology and concepts is preferred and a huge plus!
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service background required (call center environment or telephone support)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve issues
- Strong foundation in communication and customer support
- Strong foundation in technical skills and navigating online websites
- Reliable, friendly, energetic, and self-motivated team player
- Real Estate knowledge is a huge plus but not required!!!
