Job Description


We are looking for a Customer Call Executive that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, striving to effectively address their every need.

Salary range: $39600 - $44320 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments via phone and email.
  • Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
  • Maintain daily contact with customers to document and report on the status of pending inquiries regarding account problems, plus some outgoing phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
  • Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.

Qualifications


Job Requirements

  • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
  • Good computer and typing skills.
  • Self-motivated individual.
