Assistant School Leader - Management, and Culture

The Connect Charter School, Pueblo, CO

The Connect Charter School is an award winning middle school (National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence). We score in the top ten in Colorado State Testing, and we have powerful Signature Programs (Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies). We enjoy a modified 4 day school week. Our school is located in the heart of Pueblo’s historical district. We use the “city a campus approach” to provide a well rounded education. We are looking for an educator with the skills, knowledge, and energy to strongly support our positive school culture and excellent academic program. A qualified individual will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s Degree (preferred)
• Teaching Certificate; Administrator Certificate (preferred)
• Demonstrated teaching ability to teach and manage
• Experience coaching teachers to instructional excellence
• An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
• A relentless work ethic and a high degree of patience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills, including all Google based systems
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,532.75 - $90,000.00 per year
