Job description
The Dutton-Lainson Company, a leading Midwestern manufacturing, printing and wholesale company, has the following opening:
- Tool Maker (Mfg) – 1st shift – 7 am to 3:30 pm – Monday through Friday, degree in Tool and Die or 3-5 years on the job experience in tool and die preferred.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess general math and writing skills. Must be mechanically inclined, dependable and have a good work history.
Analyze specifications, lay out metal stock, set up and operate machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools.
Post-offer pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical capacity testing required.
