DevOps Developer
This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of a rapidly growing software development team. You’ll engineer solutions to challenging and meaningful problems, with the ultimate goal of expanding and enhancing the SEI-Connect platform. You will be focused on writing code to support the deployment of cloud based infrastructure. SEI-Connect is an AWS hosted solution for advisors and as a result you will be exposed to many AWS based services.
As a member of the SRE Team, you will work closely with the product engineering teams to provide cloud based infrastructure. You will be hands on and providing value to the team by writing code in Python or Java. The SRE team is a critical part of the cloud architecture for SEI-Connect. You will be tasked with solving problems like scalability, performance, provisioning and security for the product teams,
Associates Program
Both of the developer positions are part of the SEI Leadership Development program called the Associates Program which is designed to propel the careers of recent graduates at our organization. This program includes:
An intensive 12-month curriculum - you'll get exposure to various technology and business concepts, broaden your abilities and gain the tools necessary for success.
Pre-orientation event - a fun and informative event where you'll meet your fellow classmates, learn about the organization and network with current employees.
A week-long orientation program - learn about our business directly from senior management, meet our CEO, and learn about teamwork and leadership during a fun filled off-site activity!
Strategic Project Opportunity - you'll form teams and work on real world challenges at the organization giving you the opportunity to make an impact and add value right away. You'll then present your findings during the project showcase week in Oaks.
Mentoring - we'll pair you with a recent Associate who will provide guidance during your first year.
Coaching - regular performance meetings with your manager and coaching sessions with the Workforce Development team give you thoughtful career management guidance to help you formulate your career goals.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
Open to all majors, but focus on computer science and technology
Graduate between December 2022 – June 2023
Prior work experience or internship, preferably within the FinTech industr

The Base Pay for this role is $80,000 / yr - $85,000 / yr.
