The Role:Moderna is seeking talented co-op to join the Bioanalytical Outsourcing. The location can be in Cambridge, MA office, or remote. As a co-op, you will work with a senior-level team members on scientific and project management supporting bioanalytical testing supporting nonclinical and clinical studies performed at external contract laboratories. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the team of a high growth organization that is radically changing the biotech industry via cutting-edge mRNA science. The co-op project aims to use innovative approaches to project management and technical writing to drive efficient organization and review of scientific reports, data, and information from Contract Laboratories supporting bioanalytical work. This role will have the opportunity to understands current regulatory expectations for bioanalytical analyses, project management and technical writing skills.
Our winter/spring co-op program is from January 9 – June 16, 2023. All applicants must be available for the entire duration of the program.
This position is limited to individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States and do not require company sponsorship for work eligibility.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Work with senior-level scientists on multiple projects related to bioanalytical testing supporting nonclinical and clinical studies.
Generate novel approaches to the review, organization, and cataloging of bioanalytical records performed at external laboratories is complete, organized and inspection ready
Review plans and reports or completeness, accuracy, and compliance with current regulatory expectations
May present the research outcome at the end of the program
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Must be a student in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor, Master, or PhD)
Major may be in a field related to biological or chemical sciences, project management, regulatory affairs, Quality or other related fields..
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, SharePoint)
Good written and oral communication skills in English language
