• Continuous and efficient production, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials/supplies
• Communication of production issues, schedule and priorities within and between teams

• 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements

• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to take direction from and give input to the next level leader

• Business/technical degree
• Supervisory experience
• Medical manufacturing experience
• Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements
• Certifications in a related field
