Position Summary
Package the costumer's parts by following Production Line Leader work instructions and follow all quality inspection and line set up work diagrams.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
- Be aware of what the correct part looks like and don't pack it if it's wrong.
- Must be able to follow work instructions and be a co-operative team member.
- Understand the natural order of tasks and proper sequencing.
- Understand continuous improvement processing.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Demonstrate teamwork and a public positive attitude
- Must be able to lift over 25lbs
