Our team is looking to add enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individuals with a heart to serve guests! No experience is necessary. As our restaurant continues to expand, there are many opportunities for growth.

At Chick-fil-A, the team member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Franchise Owner, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond merely serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary. This particular team member position has a work week of 4 days and 10 hour shifts each day. This is full-time hours in a 4-day week.

Hourly Rates:

$15/hr for four, 10 hour shifts

$16/hr for the completion of Skill Test 1

$17/hr for the completion of Skill Test 2

And opportunity for cross-train pay!

Responsibilities:

• Welcomes guests as they enter the restaurant or drive-thru
• Answers guest questions, offers recommendations, and provides general assistance to guests
• Takes guest orders, processes payments accurately, and maintains an accurate cash drawer
• Ensures orders are complete and delivers food to guests
• Maintains adequate stock of supplies
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Cleans various areas of the restaurant, including tables, counters, floors, trash bins and restrooms
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures
• Assist with all food preparation and set up when required
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by restaurant leadership
