Aladdin Campus Dining is hiring a Marketing Coordinator at Colorado State University Pueblo in Pueblo, CO.

**$500 Sign On Bonus** $250 after being hired, $250 paid out after 6 months of employment**

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator provides creative solutions for marketing materials and promotions; promotion distribution; responsible for product cuttings internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design printed materials, packaging, and other special projects as necessary.
• Receives and packs Merchandising orders for the field
• Prepare files for printing
• Coordinates the creation and production of sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
• Research promotional opportunities, new product ideas and other projects as necessary
• Maintains inventory of promotional items
• Work with internal staff, vendors and customers to execute promotional programs in a timely, efficient manner
• Prepares promotional prizes, posters, etc. for distribution to units
• Provides creative support for all business dinning accounts
• Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
• Works within approved budget; Develops and implements cost saving measures; Conserves organizational resources.
• Understands organization's goals in assigned projects; Develops strategies to achieve those goals; Adapts strategy to changing conditions.
• Attends new openings and set up (some travel required)

• PC proficient, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Quark
• Willingness to travel for site visits and field support
• Must be familiar with printing terms and processes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates will be assessed on their verbal, quantitative and Excel abilities
