Carrier Corporation is hiring full time, permanent employees to start immediately! We are ramping up meet our customer demand. Summer is our busiest time of year so we're offering an additional $1.50/hour!

• Four shifts (Choose from available options at orientation): 5 AM - 5 PM; 6 AM - 4 PM; 4 PM - 2 AM, and 4 PM - 4 AM.
• Starting pay $16.14 an hour + $.15 shift differential (4 PM shifts only) + $1.50 Seasonal Premium (job is full-time and permanent)
• Weekly Pay ($969 - $1,537 gross, depending on shift selection)
• Sunday optional, double-time pay
• Union membership after probation period
• No HSD/GED required**

Position Overview:
Position components and/or sub-assemblies in correct relationship by either manual means or by using locating fixtures.

Technical Tasks:
Secure with mechanical fasteners (screws, clips, etc.) or adhesives
Check parts and alignment, setting aside faulty material and notifying Supervisor
Clean parts and/or sub-assemblies as required
Repair damage to painted parts with brush or spray
Connect to gas/air/electric test equipment and check as specified
Package, carton and identify (stencil, etc.)
Determine and record production counts
Keep equipment and working area clean and in good order
Perform quality checks as required
