STAR of California is hiring immediately for a Full-Time ABA Supervisor in Camarillo and the surrounding areas where you can provide state of the art behavioral services to children with autism that help us in Transforming Lives Together! Salary - Up to $40.00
Earn $250 per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with employee referral program Qualifications
Possess a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (no need for BCBA license/certification)
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational and leadership skills
Prior experience supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders in home and school settings
Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation Job Highlights

Opportunity to develop quarterly professional development programing for behavior technicians & local, physical office with on-site clinical management available for regular mentoring and support. Responsibilities
Provide direct intervention across home, school, and community settings
Conduct parent/caregiver education & functional behavior assessment
Develop ABA programs for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
Utilize evidence based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions
Collect behavioral data and complete progress notes, and case management
Provide clinical direction, training, and support to STAR of CA behavioral technicians
