Full-Time 3rd Shift Night Auditor.
POSITION PURPOSE: Embody the harmonious, discerning and modern mindset of the AC Hotels by Marriott® brand by greeting and registering guests and providing prompt and courteous service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and welcome guests; check guests in and out of rooms.
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office mainframe, the micros computer, and credit card system.
- Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for next day operations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities asked by the Front Office Manager and Night Manager based upon department needs.
- Answer guest questions and requests.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of accounting operations to include all aspects, such as, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.
- Basic mathematical skills; cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. Listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
