OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the clinical development management of our entire Patient Care group and Portfolio to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key delivery focus areas include scope, timeline, agenda, content, documentation, and on-site and virtual training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and lead the academy clinical division by offering training on-site and via webinar
  • Development of strategic Patient Care courses to include videos, documents, and any other tools to optimize the training concept and experience.
  • Envisioned the company's next generation of training concepts that will enable it to arrive at the optimal clinical and patient care training experience.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful training delivery.
  • Ensure effective Hands-on product training leadership experience
  • Responsible for business case financial performance of training modules and courses, including forecasting of potential new courses or events.
  • Interacts regularly with clients to ensure that clinical training development is in line with market expectations (now and future).
  • Develops reporting documents to maintain an accurate and updated list of certified organizations or individuals.
  • Directly or indirectly responsible for hiring, terminating, compensation, and performance evaluation for direct reports.
  • Directs all phases of clinical training contents, including contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Plans and organizes workload and staff assignments.
  • Issues written and oral instructions; assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of attendees.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university; and 5 to 7 years of related training development experience and at least 5 years of experience managing subordinates; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, OR REGISTRATIONS:

  • None

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during the shift. The employee must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and or move up to 50 lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This position works in an environment with moderate noise levels. Hybrid position consisting of 3 days in office 2 at home.

TRAVEL:

  • This position travels 40-50% of the time, including potential international travel
