We are seeking an Access Request Assistant to join our team at Riverside Plaza!
Essential Functions:
Completes all access requests in a timely manner- Completes property audits
- Ensures all properties are on-line daily
- Demonstrates knowledge of SharePoint and RealPage
- Completes data entry tasks in an efficient manner
- Decides what actions to take based on situation, known facts, and position limitation regarding access request.
- Fills out miscellaneous paperwork (e.g., proximity card requests, etc.) whenever necessary.
- Complies with all fair housing laws.
- Complies with Sherman Associates Inc. policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Aurora Software preferred.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge and ability to work with diverse economic, racial, and cultural populations.
- Interacting with Residents and Sherman Employees in a professional manner to solve any problems that occur.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Preferred
- Customer service background preferred.
