This is a FLSA Non Exempt Hourly Position.

Accessibility Service Representative (Medical Scheduling) needed for Community Mental Health Center Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas in the outpatient setting that will work closely with consumers and other staff members. We are seeking a positive team player who must possess general clerical skills with one year of office experience preferred. Computer experience and skills are required. Clear and respectful communication with staff, Center consumers and our community stakeholders is a must. Knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA Privacy Compliance Regulations is preferred.

Duties: Scheduling needed appointments. Will be responsible for data entry into Electronic Medical Record system and running reports. Will perform other general receptionist duties, such as, scheduling for multiple clinicians, corresponding with other staff within the agency, corresponding with referral sources, as appropriate. Will be responsible for transportation of needed materials and forms between Center and various Clinic sites as well other interested agencies, as needed. You must be able to accomplish all of these duties while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and the ethical standards governing Center operations. You will be responsible for performing other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Hours: Tuesday through Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
