Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch has been family owned and operated since 1976. We are currently interviewing for an accommodations housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing overnight lodging units for guests. Communicate to the reception staff when lodging units are clean and ready. Work with the reception staff to accommodate guest needs and request. Act as a customer service agent for guests of the Resort. Assisting with general cleaning and minor maintenance chores for the ranch in general. We are a year round resort. Saturdays and Sundays will be required,

Tasks

*Uphold standards to meet and exceed customer’s expectations. *Clean overnight according to checklist standards. *Perform work in a timely matter in accordance to workload and cleaning needs. *Perform detail cleaning. *Communicate unit status with the Gift Shop Office (Clean, Dirty, Out of Service, etc.) *Assure that reserved rooms are ready for guest by check-in time. *Assure that vacant lodging units are prepared for ‘walk-in’ rental. *Perform inspections to ensure lodging units and grounds meet standards. *Promote the Resort by placement of flyers, brochures, guest comment cards, unit notebooks and coupons in the overnight-lodging units. *Ensure that laundry is pre-spotted, cleaned, folded and stored properly. *Keep all supply inventory secure, stocked and well organized *Report equipment and maintenance concerns in writing to the General Manager *Ensure that a stock of back-up supplies are kept at the Gift Shop Office *Perform related tasks as assigned. *Exhibit outstanding attendance and punctuality. *Follow all Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch standards and polices. *Become familiar with Resort and Area to promote attractions to guests.

Experience: One year prior experience in the Service and Hospitality Industry is preferred.

Physical: Must be able to be mobile for up to four hours and be able to lift up to 40 pounds (laundry bags, loaded trash cans).

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $7.20 - $13.00/hour.
