Account Executive

We are searching for high-energy account executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their process and technology knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their problems and individual needs, and recommend services that solve their problems and maximize client value. Account Executives may also assist in developing sales strategies. They should be adaptable, knowledgeable multi-taskers with strong computer and communication skills.

Successful Account Executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and service. The ideal candidate will have a problem centric approach, organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

• Generate sales through lead generation and a qualified pipeline
• Providing support for prospects/clients by understanding their key problems and challenges, the impacts of the problems and challenges, determining the root cause, identifying the gap between current and future state and how MHP services can close the gap providing maximum client value.
• Generate revenue by building professional relationships with strategic partners
• Identifying qualified leads and orchestrating the sales process
• Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects
• Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of MHP services to prospective buyers
• Compiling and analyzing data to find trends
• Developing sales strategies
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
• Maintaining a database of contact information in the company CRM.
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
• Handling complaints and negotiations.

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Preferred experience in supply chain and manufacturing
• Understanding of industry and IT trends
• Preferred experience with the SAP organization and positioning SAP solutions
• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
• Strong time management skills
• Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
