Job description

Primarily inside sales position responsible for developing and building relationships with existing and prospective customers. Primary responsibilities include quoting & receiving orders and coordinating with all aspects of the organization to ensure timely delivery of utility pole orders.

Quoting domestic and export customers

• Will be required to interact with truck drivers, office staff, mill supervisors and work within Ace Pole Software Systems.
• Contacting outside trucking sources to secure delivery of materials
• Coordinating daily between production supervisors and logistics.

• Communicating with customers daily regarding order delivery status or to secure new orders
• Must be comfortable on the mill yard to assist truck drivers in correctly setting up for load delivery
• Personable, trust worthy and able to multi-task
• Experience with Wood Products would be a plus
• Further develop relationships with existing customer base and identify and develop opportunities for new business

Will be responsible to call on in-active accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
