Reporting to the Director of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM ) Sales, our position has the opportunity to impact our entire OEM customer relationship. Partnering with our customers through exceptional communication skills, you will build and maintain strong business relationships within the OEM Sales Division with both new and existing customers. As the key point of contact for customer requests, you will serve as the customer liaison throughout various groups within our company on our customer's behalf. The position provides you with the opportunity to learn the entire product and sales cycle in order to pursue future business opportunities and growth. Our Position:

  • Supports new and existing customer accounts within our OEM Division
  • Identifies opportunities to provide additional solutions to our customers
  • Manages customer order flow and identifies and resolves obstacles that impede our ability to service our customers with excellence. This is accomplished through managing daily reports and order status information.
  • Participates in the product quoting and realization process
  • Works collaboratively within the OEM team to facilitate creativity, communication, and innovation
  • Functions as a part of a team, providing support for other colleagues when needed
  • Performs data analysis that provides insight into the sales forecasting process
  • Upholds the company’s values and vision by demonstrating: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Resourcefulness and Innovation

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or a related field required
  • 3+ years of customer service/sales experience, preferred
  • Ability to establish and build relationships through excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative thinker with an ability to respond in an agile environment
  • Customer-focused, positive attitude with an emphasis on quality and detail
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
