Crystal Lumber & Hardware is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Crystal Falls, Michigan. Both entry level and industry experts encouraged to apply.

WHAT WE OFFER.
- Compensation plan averaging $70,000 - $90,000 annually (base + commission); weekly paycheck.
- Sales commission bonuses (unlimited earning potential, paid quarterly).

- This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday; no weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Drive sales and gain vital industry knowledge while helping customers bring their building projects to life.
- Build customer relationships with retention for future projects in mind.
- Business development including pursuing new customers in office and on jobsites.
- Identify best choice materials for customer needs.
- Develop project packages with clients and oversee the complete customer experience by collaborating with design, estimating, sales, delivery and customer care teams.
- Help manage the flow of materials to jobsites while coordinating with team members.
- Train alongside our current staff and be coached for excellence in your position.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Motivation, a positive, friendly and outgoing manner, and someone who enjoys engaging with customers.
- Previous experience in building material sales, estimating, construction, installation, or the home improvement industry preferred, however, we will train the right person who demonstrates a passion for our company and the work we do.
- A natural leader able to motivate and direct a team to deliver sales and top-notch customer service.
- Proficiency with computers, office software, and learning new software.
- Understanding and ability to read building prints a plus.
- You are disciplined and work well individually and as a team member.
- You are organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness and ability to travel for sales, client meetings and training events; may include occasional overnight stays and air travel.
