Overview:
The position serves as the main point of contact for existing premiere clients. Supporting JK and client strategic initiatives, managing relationships, provide reporting, conduct business reviews as well as support the day-to-day operations. Advocate all of JK’s service offering as solutions to client and expand market share with accounts. The position also acts as a liaison between the client, sales, operations, and accounting to ensure information is accurately transferred amongst the groups.
Responsibilities:
  • Have regular contact and a cadence with account stake holders. Meetings in person when appropriate.
  • Maintain existing relationships and work to grow wallet share by presenting and offering ancillary JK services.
  • Develop and maintain account playbooks. Working with the client to make updates to existing information.
  • Develop and track KPIs aligning with client and JK initiatives.
  • Assemble, present and attend business reviews for Global Account clients to highlight the high-quality services being performed and other data valuable to the account.
  • Maintain accurate working files and ensure completion of all pertinent information including contracting and third-party supplier engagements as necessary.
  • Provide client with estimates for services following defined process for clients.
  • Understand, interpret, and reference sales agreements and vendor relationship contracts. And adhere to any/all contractual guidelines pertaining to the move.
  • Works directly with clients and the sales team to ensure timely reporting of information and data.
  • Works independently as necessary to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Performs follow up activities with sales staff to ensure accurate reporting of data and ensures that all files are complete and thoroughly addressed.
  • Communicates directly with the client to schedule and confirm appointment times, delivery, and start times for all assigned jobs within the system.
  • Maintains training on all company programs, systems, software, and administrative protocols.
  • Provide outstanding value, excellent communication, a willing attitude, reliability, and a professional image, an assurance of excellence, customer empathy, and exceptional service.

Qualifications:
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ customer service and account management experience.
  • Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications.
  • Must be detail-oriented, and able to provide support to other team members and clients as needed. Available after hours and on weekends as necessary.
  • Stellar customer service, follow up, communication (verbal and written), and administrative skills that create a unique client experience.
  • Ability to engage clients and build strong relationships for to encourage ongoing business activities.
  • Proven problem-solver, analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to take strategic action to ensure the client interests are paramount.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment.
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs.
  • Experience in the relocation, real estate, or transportation industry preferred.
